Meet the Team

Tharun Karanam

Co-Founder & Head of Strategy and Execution

Tharun holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has 4+ years of international experience in Belgium, specializing in R&D and product design. With a strong foundation in building and scaling engineering solutions, he now drives execution, strategy, and partnerships along with innovation at Nebyoulas. His focus is on transforming bold ideas into practical innovations that create long-term impact in space technology, materials, science and beyond.

Varma Kvvssn

Co-Founder & Chief Scientist

Varma is pursuing a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and has worked as a guest researcher at the Technical University of Denmark on aluminum alloy corrosion. His research focuses on aluminum alloy design for metal 3D printing. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has more than four years of international experience in R&D and product design across Italy, Denmark, and Türkiye, complemented by expertise in commissioning and after-sales engineering. With a strong foundation in metal additive manufacturing, mechanical systems design, simulations, and materials development, he is driven by an ambition to shape a better future through science and the arts.

Raviteja

Co-Founder & Electrical/Electronics Product Development Lead

Raviteja is currently a Hardware Engineer at Whirlpool Technologies, where he designs, validates, and tests PCBs and electronic circuits for a wide range of home appliances. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, with 4+ years diverse industrial experience spanning product development, validation, and R&D.

Previously, he worked with Engie EPS (now NHOA EPS) on distributed energy generation and Li-ion battery optimization for electricity markets across Europe, the USA, and Australia. He also contributed as an R&D Engineer at Ditec Automations and as an Electrical Designer at Origin-D Fab for GE Healthcare projects. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building innovative projects and bringing energy and creativity to every role.
